NFL jerseys are selling as fast as ever. With a new season right around the corner we’re seeing a new crop of best-selling NFL jerseys lead the way in 2024. But that doesn’t mean the game’s biggest stars aren’t dominating the conversation.
Now the NFL Players Association has revealed the top NFL jersey sales from March of 2023 through February 2024, showing which players are most popular among fans today.
Here are the NFL’s top-selling jerseys right now.
Justin Jefferson jersey (Minnesota Vikings)
As the highest-paid non-QB in NFL history, Justin Jefferson is an icon. Fans love him, whether it’s the youth being drawn to his Griddy dances, or adults who recognize No. 18 as the NFL’s best receiver today, Jefferson is a legend in the making.
Micah Parsons jersey (Dallas Cowboys)
Now that Aaron Donald has retired, Micah Parsons might be the best defensive player in the NFL, with T.J. Watt earning some consideration too. The Dallas Cowboys edge-rusher has played just three seasons, but he’s been a finalist to win Defensive Player of the Year each time. The scariest part is that Parsons hasn’t even reached his full potential.
Brock Purdy jersey (San Francisco 49ers)
Every NFL team passed on the opportunity to draft Brock Purdy several times over. Yet, Mr. Irrelevant is not only showing he belongs in the pros, but also that he can lead a team to the Super Bowl in just his second season. Now Purdy has one of the best-selling NFL jerseys today.
Joe Burrow jersey (Cincinnati Bengals)
Joe Burrow quickly proved to be an elite quarterback after becoming the first overall pick in 2020. While Burrow has dealt with several injuries since, he’s still one of the very best QBs in the NFL. It’s hard not to respect Burrow, and if he can get the Bengals their first-ever Super Bowl victory, he’ll become even more popular.
Aaron Rodgers jersey (New York Jets)
Aaron Rodgers played just four regular season snaps before his year ended due to injury, yet that never prevented New York Jets fans from buying his No. 8 jersey. A four-time NFL MVP, Rodgers always generates a discussion, and he’s heavily criticized, yet the numbers don’t lie, fans absolutely love him.
Christian McCaffrey jersey (San Francisco 49ers)
Which NFL jersey sells the most? Right now, Christian McCaffrey has one of the NFL’s best-selling jerseys in 2024. As good as Deebo Samuel and George Kittle are, McCaffrey is the top offensive weapon in San Francisco. He’s the butter that keeps the 49ers’ scoring attack churning each week and is a big reason why there are legitimate Super Bowl aspirations in the Bay Area. You can’t go wrong by getting the jersey of the best running back in the NFL.
4. Travis Kelce jersey (Kansas City Chiefs)
As one of the best tight ends of all time, Travis Kelce made a name for himself years ago, but Patrick Mahomes’ top target remains one of the most popular players today. Whether it’s hosting Saturday Night Live or dating Taylor Swift, sales of Chiefs memorabilia, especially those donning Kelce’s name or number, have skyrocketed. Just during Week 3’s Chiefs game where Swift made an appearance next to Donna Kelce in the suite at Arrowhead Kelce’s jersey sales spiked by 400 percent. They’ve been up and down since, but Kelce still has one of the NFL’s best-selling jerseys today.
Patrick Mahomes jersey (Kansas City Chiefs)
Surprisingly the NFL’s top-selling jersey is not Patrick Mahomes. There aren’t many quarterbacks with Mahomes’ unique qualities. In fact, there really aren’t any. He plays the game with a modern, yet-backyard-style of football we haven’t seen since Brett Favre. Only Mahomes takes it to the next level by making no-look passes and ridiculous shovel tosses for touchdowns. This dude is an alien with a football in his hands, and fans absolutely love it. The two Super Bowl trophies are just cherries on top, but we have a feeling Mahomes is just getting started.
Jason Kelce jersey (Philadelphia Eagles)
While he’s since retired, Jason Kelce remained one of the most popular players in the NFL during the 2023-24 season. His loose, playful personality is a big reason why Kelce is so beloved, but it probably doesn’t hurt that he’s an excellent player featured on an annual contender. Plus, being Travis Kelce’s older brother can’t hurt either.
Jalen Hurts jersey (Philadelphia Eagles)
While he’s not the first person that comes to mind when discussing the top-selling football jerseys, Jalen Hurts is just one year removed from making a Super Bowl appearance while finishing as the runner-up to win MVP. He’s become one of the best dual-threat QBs in the league, Hurts having a best-selling NFL jersey shouldn’t be too surprising, but No. 1 overall is not what many expected.
