When does the Super Bowl start?
Super Bowl 58 is not far away. The biggest game in American sport takes place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Super Bowl is one of the most anticipated sports events of the year.
Unlike most standalone NFL games, the Super Bowl is not a pure night game. Due to the worldwide TV audience, the Super Bowl kicks off a little earlier.
When will Super Bowl 58 start?
This year’s Super Bowl will start during daylight hours. Kick-off in Las Vegas will be at 3:30 p.m. local time. That gives the game a 6:30 p.m. kick-off time for East Coast viewers.
That equates to an 11:30 p.m. kick-off time in the UK and a 12:30 a.m. CET kick-off time. The pomp and ceremony will precede the kick-off. This includes the singing of the anthems, the coin toss, the entrances and the flyover.
When will Super Bowl 58 finish?
The average Super Bowl lasts for over three hours. If this year’s Super Bowl runs for that length of time, it will finish under floodlights as darkness takes over Las Vegas.
For East Coast viewers, the game will stretch into the primetime hours of Sunday night, while the game will finish in the early hours of Monday for UK and European fans.
